Airbrushed Propaganda Pinup Poster featuring Kayla in this call to not get hurt on the job... During WW2 as the industrial sleeping giant awoke, the ideas of safety, productivity, and efficiency in the workplace were placed vital to the war effort. An injury or slacking off on the job could potentially delay getting that tank/airplane/bullet to the men on the front lines. Posters like these were hung in many factories across the nation promoting these three keys to a successful war effort and often were accompanied by a comical cartoon of a worker in a bad situation because of carelessness or accompanied by a very serious tone with a solider meeting death overseas because someone was injured on the job.
